MedRecruit values the doctor and because of this has developed streamlined systems that enable us to reward doctors better than other agencies. 

When working in New Zealand

We want you to enjoy life outside of work. So for every hour that you work through MedRecruit as a locum, you will receive 1$ towards an account for you at Flight Centre. This way your overseas holiday each year can be paid for without you ever having to part with your money!

When working in Australia by paying for your medical registration in the state you work

Refer a Friend

If you’ve worked through MedRecruit and you refer friends to work through us you will receive $275 for each person you refer

The Fine Print

To qualify for the bonus you must choose to work exclusively though MedRecruit as the only medical recruitment agency that you work through.

The bonus will be paid upon the satisfactory completion of each assignment. The bonus will be paid for a maximum of two months for any one assignment. There is an exclusivity bonus agreement form to sign and fax to us when you undertake this scheme. The form must be signed and faxed to MedRecruit before you start the assignment.

Your account at Flight Centre will expire if it is not used or contributed to for one year.

Because of the pay structure in Australia we are not able to offer this bonus system for assignments there. Instead we will pay for your medical registration in the state you work when you complete a three month assignment through MedRecruit.

Refer A Friend

Our Refer a Friend scheme is to help you earn more money easily by referring your friends to work through MedRecruit. If you like our service and want your friends to experience us we want to show our gratitude. If you have worked through MedRecruit, and a friend you have referred subsequently undertakes work through us we will pay you $275. As we are such a new company there is good scope for you to make a lot of money by referring as many doctors as you can.
