Dr Sarah Beable

MedRecruit is supporting Tauranga doctor Sarah Beable on her journey to the Hawaii World Ironman Championships later this year.

Sarah has already achieved some fantastic results to qualify for the World Champs. She won her age group in the Ironman Long Distance Triathlon held in Taupo at the start of March with a mammoth 3.8 km swim, followed by a 180 km bike, ending with a 42.2 km run. In November last year Sarah took out a bronze medal at the World Long Distance Triathlon in Canberra.

Sarah is 24 and a second year house officer. She’s been fitting her demanding training schedule around her full-time hospital shifts. Now that’s dedication!

Mohipal Gomango

Mohipal is our Indian friend who we sponsor through World Vision. He is eight years old and lives in the Gajapati Community in India. His favourite activity is playing hide and seek. He is at primary school and his favourite subject is reading picture books.

Mohipal has two sisters. His main job to help the family is to water the plants.
