OUR AGREEMENT WITH YOU - THE MEDRECRUIT CODE OF CONDUCT
This page sets out obligations to each other.
MedRecruit's Obligations
- To communicate clearly and promptly with the doctor
- To work closely with the doctor to fully appreciate their needs in order to tailor solutions for them
- To pay the doctor within ten working days of receiving their timesheet
- To always strive to make the entire experience a pleasure for the doctor
- To be the most cheerful and efficient medical recruitment agency to work through
Doctors' Obligations
- To present CV, APC, medical indemnity insurance and MRSA clearance to MedRecruit prior to starting an assignment
- To complete work as agreed with MedRecruit
- To not change travel plans unless initiated by the hospital or MedRecruit; costs that result from doctor initiated changes will be the sole responsibility of the doctor
- To remain on location within their designated work area throughout the duration of their assigned duty periods
- To wear appropriate identification when at work
- To present immediately if called by the nursing staff unless occupied by a higher priority task
- To act in a professional manner towards other staff
- To strictly adhere to assigned start times
- To present for work dressed in a professional manner
- To treat patients with dignity, respect, kindness, and understanding and to maintain excellence of care for all patients
- To direct all administrative matters through MedRecruit rather than contacting the hospital directly
- To present MedRecruit with a timesheet of work completed in a timely manner
