We the People of MedRecruit in association with the Medical Profession, in order to form a more perfect single place where doctors can achieve their Lifestyle, Career and Financial Dreams, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the Republic of MedRecruit.

For too long doctors have sacrificed what is important to them in order to serve their patients; it hasn’t been OK for doctors to have dreams. In the Republic doctors are recognised as being people first, doctors second. People have dreams; they can have it all, a fantastic lifestyle, a fulfilling career, and brilliant remuneration. Doctors in the Republic realise that having it all allows them to serve their patients even better, and to enjoy themselves in the process and provide the best lives for their families and themselves
