MedRecruit is a fast growing privately owned company specialising in recruitment of doctors for positions across Australasia. The company has won numerous awards including representation in the Deloitte Fast 50 for three consecutive years. Head office is Queenstown, with a second office on the Gold Coast.
We have a high achieving team of recruiters – we call them ‘Solutions Specialists’. This team is always keen to have another superstar around. Superstars get rewarded accordingly at MedRecruit, with a healthy base salary and an excellent commission structure that exceeds the industry norm. Like we said, Superstars get rewarded accordingly.
You will be responsible for the short and long term placement of locum doctors throughout Australia. We’ll need to see evidence of your previous success as a Superstar in sales and/or recruitment. You will need to be a self-motivated, highly organised person because the job is fast paced. You will need to be willing and able to learn, be committed to and understand the value of following systems and procedures and be able to work autonomously and show initiative.
Superstars have a certain magnetism don’t you think? It’s likely therefore you will a positive person with outstanding relationship skills. You’ll also be the sort of person who others want to be around.
