Whether you get a doctor job with us or not, you’ll benefit from this Strategy Session. It’s often hard to get clarity on what you want to or should be doing. At MedRecruit we’ve invested in the best systems and technology from around the world and designed a strategy to help you get clarity around what you want, and the fastest way to get there. It will just take 20 minutes to put together a strategy for you to get what you want. We’ve helped over 3,000 doctors get what they want, and every one of our Solutions Specialists has been personally chosen and trained by Dr. Sam Hazledine. This means they have the knowledge and experience to tell you what has worked and what hasn’t for these doctors. This Strategy Session is brought to you free of charge.

Your strategy session will happen soon after you join the Republic of MedRecruit. You will be matched to the exact Solutions Specialist who is best qualified to meet your needs.

After the Strategy Session your Solutions Specialist will have absolute clarity about what you want to achieve in your lifestyle, career and finances. Based on what’s most important to you, your Solutions Specialist will then be able to help you decide if MedRecruit is the best partner for you, and if so, what solutions are available for you.

Once your Solutions Specialist clearly understands what’s important to you, they can then find solutions to meet your wants and needs.

At their disposal is Australasia’s most extensive and detailed database of doctor jobs to give you the best chance of success, and a ‘job fairy’ to make sure we are always up to date with the latest permanent and locum jobs for doctors.

Leave it to your Solutions Specialist; they will handle everything for you.

Once you have the perfect placement, it’s time for you to let MedRecruit do all the rest of the work too!

You will have a team of Placement Coordinators, with one assigned to you to look after you personally. They will utilise MedRecruit’s proprietary systems to ensure that everything is taken care of so you can feel confident that your medical registration, any necessary work visas, travel, accommodation, paperwork and anything else you need is sorted, so you can start your new doctor job.

With this process you give yourself the best chance of success, whatever success means to you.
