Exclusivity
To receive double points for your work as a locum, you need to agree to work exclusively through MedRecruit. The reason for this is so that you get the best service possible; it’s confusing for doctors who are registered with lots of agencies and they actually end up getting an inferior service when multiple agencies are involved. It also confuses hospitals which ends up penalising doctors.
If doctors use multiple recruitment companies, then it turns the process of finding them a job into a race between recruitment companies to see who can place them first.
In any race you are driven by time - When you work exclusively through one agency finding the right placement is driven by quality, not time.
The first yacht across the line is not necessarily the best yacht or the one you want to sail with for the next year.
We are committed to finding you the right placement, every time. This means we want to work exclusively with you so that you can get that right placement, and not just take the first thing that comes up.
So choose to work as a locum through MedRecruit exclusively and we will double your points for every $100 earned. That's right, it's that easy! For every $100 you earn you will receive 20 points instead of 10 points, so you will fast track your way to great rewards!
Incomplete Placements
If a placement is not completed as confirmed, then MedRecruit may, at its discretion make all rewards points for that assignment void.
Earning Points for Permanent Placements
We like to be generous, so every doctor who works in a full –time permanent placement (defined as 30 hours more per week) through MedRecruit will receive 1000 points per month, to a maximum of 12 months, or the duration of your placement, whichever is the lesser. This means getting goodies isn’t only for locum doctors!
If you work in a part-time permanent placement, (defined as less than 30 hours per week), you’ll receive 500 points per month, for a maximum of 12 months, or the duration of your placement, whichever is the lesser.
Current Rewards
We select rewards which we believe you’ll really benefit from and enjoy, and are not restricted to some awful wholesale scheme. Therefore we do not hold stock of these items. We purchase the rewards as you choose them, most often at full retail price. The spirit of the MedRecruit rewards scheme is to show our gratitude to you for choosing to partner with us, and to treat you! So, we try to keep it simple for everyone.
We have more than one supplier for most rewards so they should be available, but if they’re not, we’ll let you know of a suitable alternative, or else you can pick something else.
At the time that these rewards were published on the website, they were available for you. We can’t guarantee what happens between the time we publish them and the time you claim them.
Terms and Conditions
MedRecruit Ltd offer a rewards points program to select persons. Participation in the rewards points program will be typically reserved for qualified doctors and medical students only. We reserve the right to exclude participants at our sole discretion.
Points which are not used to claim a reward within 12 months after the end of the month in which the points were recorded, will expire and be deducted from the members points balance without notice.
Reward points have no cash value and are not transferable for cash.
MedRecruit Ltd reserve the right to alter the nominal value of any points without notice.
MedRecruit Ltd give no warranty to the continuing availability of the rewards points program, and reserve the right to terminate it by providing at least 14 days notice to participants.
